Fasudil Hydrochloride is a selective Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor, chemically known as 5- (1,4-diazacycloheptane-1-sulfonyl) isoquinoline hydrochloride. The compound is a white to off white crystalline powder, easily soluble in water, with a molecular formula of C14H17N3O2S · HCll and a molecular weight of 327.83.
