Valnemulin Hydrochloride is a new generation of semi synthetic animal specific antibiotics of the pleuromutilin class, belonging to the diterpenoid class and the same class as tetracycline. It is mainly used abroad to prevent and treat Mycoplasma and Gram positive bacterial infections in pigs, cattle, sheep, and poultry. It has the characteristics of broad-spectrum, strong antibacterial activity, excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics, low residue, and safety. In 1999, it was approved by the European Community for the prevention and treatment of swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira Hyodysenteriae infection and porcine endemic pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. In January 2004, it was approved by the European Community for the prevention of porcine colonic spirochetes (colitis) caused by Brachyspirapilosicoli infection and the treatment of porcine proliferative bowel disease (ileal chemobookileitis) caused by intracellular Lawson infection. Wonimilin hydrochloride is a highly sensitive new animal specific antibiotic used for the prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases in chickens, as well as diseases such as porcine endemic pneumonia (also known as porcine asthma, porcine mycoplasma pneumonia), actinomycosis, porcine dysentery, porcine colonic spirochetes (colitis), and porcine proliferative bowel disease (ileitis). It has broad application prospects in veterinary clinical practice in China. It is reported that there are currently a few strong animal medicine production enterprises in China that are applying for national second-class new animal medicine registration. On September 9, 2010, the Ministry of Agriculture announced in Announcement No. 1457 that the raw material and premix of vonimilin developed in China were approved by the Ministry of Agriculture as a national second-class new veterinary drug. Therefore, it has broad application prospects in veterinary clinical practice in China. The clinical application of its preparation will surely bring good news to the development of pig and chicken farming, and make greater contributions to the development of animal husbandry. [Appearance] White or light yellow crystalline powder, with hygroscopicity; Easy to dissolve in water and anhydrous ethanol, almost insoluble in tert butyl
Application&Function
Vanillin hydrochloride is a semi synthetic antibiotic; Derivatives of polysaccharides from shiitake mushrooms. Antibacterial. This product has a wide antibacterial spectrum and is effective against Gram positive bacteria, Gram negative bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, mycoplasma, and spirochetes. It has strong inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Streptococcus suis, Streptococcus suis, Streptococcus suis, Streptococcus suis, Streptococcus suis, Escherichia coli, and Salmonella. However, it is less effective against Gram negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The mechanism of action is to bind to the 50s subunit of ribosomes in bacteria and other microorganisms, inhibiting protein synthesis in bacteria and other microorganisms, and also inhibiting RNA synthesis at high concentrations.
