Isopropyl inosine is an organic compound with the chemical formula C52H78N10O17, yellowish or colorless powder, slightly bitter, hygroabsorbent, soluble in water, inosine and dimethylaminoisopropyl alcohol, paracetin benzoate.
It is an immunomodulatory drug, which has been proved in vitro that it can enhance the immune response of PHA or antigen, promote the differentiation and proliferation of T lymphocytes, and stimulate the differentiation and production of antibodies of B lymphocytes by activating TH cells or macrophages.
