Kanamycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, mainly used for enteritis, peritonitis, periaortic inflammation, and salpingitis caused by bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida, and Salmonella. It is a colorless to slightly yellowish or yellowish-green clear liquid. It belongs to broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotics and has a similar antibacterial spectrum to neomycin. In vitro study
